With a passion for the people, we bring you 1/3 of our team. Ella has competed in running since the age of 10 and coached middle distance since 16. Raised by 2 athletic parents, Ella’s whole life is running. When not on start lines, she’s Daniel’s bag lady and manager.

This Sunday, we’re excited to bring MAPLE MOVEMENT into our HYROX Simulation with FT HIIT.
Each participant will receive a Maple Movement gel to try during the session, giving you the chance to experience it for yourself and feel the difference in real time.

While competing as a professional triathlete, Dan McDonnell battled ongoing digestive issues until he discovered maple.
