We’re proud to announce the completion of @kingspalding s new 190,000 sqft New York headquarters at 1290 Avenue of the Americas, a major milestone for both the firm and for tp bennett’s growing work in the United States.
Working closely with architect of record @designrepublicpartners , the four-floor workplace brings together collaboration, wellbeing and client experience at the heart of Midtown Manhattan. Nearly one-third of the space is dedicated to shared and flexible environments, including a 200-person multi-purpose room and a vibrant staff cafe, The Side Bar.
Our design approach centred on equitable access to light and amenity, ensuring all staff benefit from. Healthy, engaging environment. The series of bold architectural interventions include dramatic slab openings to allow for feature staircases and visual connection across floors, as well as four generous terraces that introduce light, movement and uninterrupted views across Midtown. The result is a contemporary, people-focused workplace that supports global teams and marquee clients alike.
This project builds on our long-standing partnership with King & Spalding and reflects our commitment to delivering design-led, human-centred environments internationally.

The new Pan Centre has officially opened its doors.
Harnessing the power of the arts to drive social change and integration, Pan Intercultural Arts is a London-based charity working with people who have experienced trauma or social injustice, empowering them to rediscover their voices and build brighter futures.
A space for creativity, community and connection, we’re incredibly proud to have come together as a collective contributing 8build’s time, expertise and generous supply chain; TP Bennett’s design excellence, The Honest Collective’s furniture consultancy and Acrylicize’s brand expertise.
The project came to life through a shared belief in social responsibility, and in the belief that our physical environment can have a powerful and positive impact for Pan Arts.

At @wellbeing_at_work_world Dubai, @michellewilkie , Interior Design Director at @tpbennettllp , shared insights on how wellbeing is shaping the future of workplace design.
Drawing from real project experience, Michelle spoke about the role of space, daily rhythms and workplace culture in supporting sustainable performance, and why wellbeing should be embedded into workplace strategy as a core principle rather than treated as a standalone initiative.
The session brought together perspectives from design, leadership and operations, reflecting a growing shift in how organisation think about the environment and culture they create for their teams.
We caught up with Michelle shortly after her session to reflect on her conversation and the ideas shared on stage.

BT Group’s new Manchester hub at New Bailey been shortlisted for a Mix North Award and Northern Design Award!
As the final hub in BT’s Better Workplace Programme the 175,000 sq ft workspace brings together colleagues in a flexible, inclusive, and thoughtfully designed environment. Taking cues from the nearby River Irwell, the design guides flow and connectivity throughout the space.
Organised into neighbourhoods, each zone caters to different working styles. Social hubs, breakout lounges, adaptable work booths, and quite focus areas provide choice and flexibility, while a tech hub, versatile town hall, dining, wellness, and marketplace areas support connection and wellbeing.
Curved partitions and rippled acoustic baffles reference the gentle flow of the river, while hooped LED lighting subtly guides movement, reinforcing the sense of fluidity.
A flexible, neighbourhood-driven workspace, BT’s Manchester hub supports a variety of workstyles while prioritising collaboration, comfort, and wellbeing.
