130 Fenchurch Street recently hosted a fantastic private view of Hardcore Software, celebrating the opening of the latest @hyphastudios exhibition in partnership with @easterncityldn .
Curated by the @hardcore__software the exhibition brings together a group of contemporary artists exploring the intersection of space, technology and the body, examining how we navigate both physical and hyper-real environments.
Part of an ongoing cultural programme delivered in collaboration with @avivainvestors and Eastern City BID, this exhibition continues a series that launched in April with Zoe Goetzmann’s (UN)SEEN, a mixed-media show which explored the threshold between the seen and unseen, exploring what artists reveal to their audiences.
Open until 4th July
Opening times: Tuesday–Saturday, 11am–7pm (closed 2:15–3pm)

Since 2021 there has been a 24% reduction in embodied carbon intensity in central London, which shows positive progress.
Although the capital is a world-leader when it comes to reporting on carbon figures and ensuring that embodied carbon is considered throughout the development process, there is still more work to do to achieve the 1.5-degree decarbonisation pathway.
The London Property Alliance and @arupgroup have put together an insightful report on embodied carbon in central London, drawing on data from 17 central London developers, all working on market-leading commercial office-led projects, including CO-RE projects Vista and Stonecutter. This report shares what good looks like in the current landscape and what challenges London development is still facing.
Read the report to explore the data and see what the future of low-carbon development holds. Link in our bio for details.
