Multi-sensory nature programming event, SALT tower, June 28-29 2025. This project served as an initial exploration into “Casual Coherence” - a term I have developed to define experiential and oblique bonding strategies among disparate stakeholders. This event concept explored inter-species collaboration and non-hierarchical leadership, utilizing the recently burned land of the Topanga Mountains as a site for collective rest as an act of rebellion. This concept and its organization explored systems of the “eternal” asking a simple yet demanding question: can we allow nature to work through us to reveal coherent solutions to modern day challenges? This event served as a vital “proof of concept” and a rich site of learning.
