It’s the end of my Lithuanian adventure 🇱🇹🇱🇹🇱🇹. Instead of the usual on set photos, I mainly took silly selfies to say good morning to my kids. Working away from your family never gets easier, but it is a privilege to have the memories of these adventures

This champion has just completed the @utmbmontblanc occ ultra marathon in Chamonix. 2 years ago, after a near life changing illness he was told there was a 30 percent chance he wouldn’t walk again. And yet here he is running 57km in 10 hours and 19 minutes. You can achieve anything with a pinch of stubbornness, a good bunch of positivity and whole heap of courage.
