This modular part easily snaps onto the front, rear, or both and can be fully customised to meet your specific needs. We also offer replacement covers and foam inserts for the existing pads to restore cushioning, or we can create entirely new padding solutions for optimal comfort.

Everything on this vest apart from the metal work has been remade, with the addition of a new XL Cobra clip and leather handle.
As we were removing the old hip covers to our surprise we found a a rather kaput / knackered plastic part which we reinforced, it should stay nice and solid for the rest of it’s life!
This refurbishment included:
🟠Cinetex Antislip waistband and washable comfort liners
🟠New foam in the shoulders
🟠New internal chest plastic
🟠New external covers
🟠New straps
🟠New Leather Handle
🟠New XL Cobra Clip
All fixed up!! and NEW NEW NEW!!

🔥This is a Refurbished GPI Pro vest we completed for the top Op & good guy @tomwilliams_aco 🔥
Tom acquired this Pro vest which we reconstructed, the only elements that weren’t remade were the chest/hip metal!
🔄 The refurbishment included: 🪄
* Remaking the shoulders; the interior plastic on one of the shoulders was broken
* We sourced and fitted a COBRA® PRO STYLE XL-Clip … (the pinch action on these is more accessible)
* Reconstructed the back to be the right size, adding a bespoke leather grip handle
* Switched sides for all clips and fasteners for a goofy setup
* Included our Anti-Slip waistband for added support and comfort
* Lastly, we added our Silver breathable, washable mesh comfort liners with @aco_uk logo embroidery on the back liner.
