Welcome 2026! Before you scroll any further, this is what I stand for👇🏾
I’m Tinuke. I build purpose led work while raising my kids and figuring life out in real time. I talk honestly about motherhood, neurodiversity, business and identity, without the noise or the pretending.
This space is for women and mothers who want more, but want to do it well, not loudly.
If you’re new, welcome.
If you’ve been here, thank you.
And if you’re a brand looking to connect meaningfully with women and communities, you’re in the right place too.
For collaborations, speaking and all the other ways to work with me the details are in my bio.
Covergirl ✨ @stylistmagazine ‘Love Yourself Project’ and the reason behind it is so thoughtful. In a world where there’s so many negative things happening to women and we are always so quick to put ourselves down, it’s nice to be part of something positive and uplifting for us.
We were asked one simple question, “What’s your favourite thing about yourself?” and the first thing that came to my mind is my mum. I’ve got a big heart and a lot of love to give because of my mum. I saw her sacrifice so much, giving to others even when we didn’t have much and I can honestly say it’s part of the reason why I do what I do right now with @fivexmore_ and @mumsandtea
She’s my real life super hero🥹
Even though we are 2 Black girls from South London, we are proof that your voice is never too small.
This Sunday we had the honour of serving Black women and highlighting Black maternal health on one of the biggest platforms we have ever been on to date. We just pray that it helps to spread the message further and raise awareness of this much needed cause.
Thanks to the team @tedxlondon
We will be sure to share the full video when it’s out in a few weeks time #FiveXMore #BlackMaternalHealth #TedxLondon
I’m joining @eveappeal to Get Lippy and loud about gynaecological cancers! All through May @eveappeal is breaking down the shame around gynae health and raising awareness of the five gynaecological cancers: womb, ovarian, cervical, vulval and vaginal.
Every year in the UK, over 22,000 women and people with gynae organs are diagnosed with one of the five gynae cancers. That’s 60 people getting this life-changing news every day. All too often these cancers are picked up late because we aren’t taught how to know what’s normal for our bodies or the signs and symptoms to look out for, and because shame and stigma makes it more difficult for people to notice symptoms and get checked quickly.
We are Getting Lippy to open up life-saving conversations and break the cycle of shame. No more whispers, no more stigma. Will you join us? Find out more at getlippy.org.uk or on @eveappeal ’s social media.

We spoke with Tinuke Awe (@tinukeawe ), co-founder of @fivexmore_ to share the slogan T-shirt she wishes everyone was wearing. It’s time we all paid attention.
We’re not going to pretend slogan T-shirts are a new phenomenon. But they tend to proliferate most when people don’t feel like their voice is being heard.
That’s why, according to Andrew Chadwick, a professor of political communication at Loughborough University, “there’s something about wearing a piece of clothing that gets into the everyday space of communication. You can’t be edited out. You can’t be silenced.”
