I love AI. Genuinely, deeply, not-going-back love it. It has saved me hours, improved my work, and genuinely changed how I run my business and my life.
BUT I am not a yes man for it either!
Because loving a tool doesn’t mean switching your brain off when you use it. The same way you wouldn’t let your sat nav drive you into a ditch just because it said turn left.
The real question is never ‘should I use AI.’ It’s ‘am I still showing up to the conversation with my own thoughts, my own voice, my own sauce.’
Use the tools and use them well. Just never forget what you bring to the table that they can’t.

You can now text Claude from your phone and come back to your laptop with the work already done. Like actually done.
She sits at your desk so you do not have to.
The school run just became a productive meeting. The commute just became admin hour. The sofa just became your new office.
