Tilly Vickers Willis & her band welcome you into the darkroom to experience the making of her beautiful and haunting debut record, Silver Halide Film. Guided by the conventions of photographic processes, the performance will explore each song as a newly developed photograph, each with its own distinct, mysterious world, inky and wet to the touch. Joined by a handpicked array of special guests including @ella.ion & poetry by @_sunnymorris and more to come, the evening is guided by feeling over genre, drifting fluidly through an eclectic sonic palette: triphop, folk, dub, rock, singer/songwriter & ambient sounds. One week of Aching Never Leaves 🖤 thank you for listening

Last thursday @jyomiyaji & I hosted an evening to celebrate creative collaboration. Screening 9 works across the evening with words from the artists & filmmakers , it was such a cosy and special evening as the rain poured outside. After working together on my album for over a year, it truly felt like the circuit was connecting to do this with Jyo, and screen one of our unreleased films to an in-person crowd which was exhilarating and rare feeling in itself!!! in the spirit of d.i.y. filmmaking here is a cobbled together video made on iphone & my fujifilm digital camera. Thank you @highnote_____ for hosting us, hope to do it again asap 🌠❤️‍🔥
