We went back to school for this one, and spent the better end of a year developing and refining techniques for your drinking pleasure.
Chef @jonathenliu took the food menu back to the drawing board as well and has changed the game southern-inspired bar food.

From all the way across the pond in Liverpool, we’re thrilled to host @barglue owner @mikebower_ for an industry-only seminar followed by a bar takeover next Monday, May 11!
The Liverpudlian neighborhood cocktail bar is nestled in a quiet and intimate corner of the iconic Albert Dock.
Glue was born six years ago during a game of frisbee under the Eiffel Tower and at long last the doors opened in late August 2024.
The ethos and focus of Bar Glue is community, inclusivity, casual but engaging service and exceptional drinks. With a minimalistic design and European style of service the bar has gone from strength to strength since opening.
Mike’s seminar, “Lying Your Way Into The Industry” will take place from 3-4p, followed by the @barglue takeover from 5-9p!

On March 17, Bar Crenn welcomes Los Angeles cocktail bar Thunderbolt for a one night collaboration celebrating bold flavor and spirited creativity. Recognized by World’s 50 Best Bars and a finalist for Best U.S. Cocktail Bar at Tales of the Cocktail, Thunderbolt pairs Southern hospitality with technical precision and a little behind the scenes cocktail science.
Continuing our visiting bar series, each team will present three cocktails each — six expressions that reflect the philosophy and craft behind both programs, alongside a selection of à la carte bites designed to complement the drinks.

• Guest bartender @lingjie_0708 from @whereislaowai in Vancouver, BC will be behind the stick, serving up a menu of LNY-inspired cocktails, featuring the @remycointreau portfolio and @tabb_baijiu
• Chef Jonathen and the crew will be firing a one-night-only menu with riffs on Chinese/Taiwanese classics -- think tartare inspired by beef noodle soup and 'sweet & sour' pork steak with pineapple relish!
• @eastwindliondancetroupe will be rolling through for a performance and @theparksfinest will be kicking the party off with a BANG 🧨 💥

The Lemon Tea Shochu Highball features @iichiko.shochu Saiten and is inspired by Hong-Kong-style lemon tea — reimagined as a force-carbonated highball that showcases a more floral note with chrysanthemum
The Choco Imo is a lower-alcohol, easy drinking Old Fashioned variation featuring @Nankaishochuofficial Imo Black, with roasted yam and chocolatey notes that we amplify with cacao rum, hojicha, and black sugar.
