I had the pleasure of being part of sewing online with an eclectic group of folks I’ve haven’t me in IRL. I’ve been fangirling @mikeandmollyshouse with her dance like no one’s watching reels home projects, so I was excited to participate. Our first project was @truebias #landerpants. I made the short version since it’s summer and I need clothes. I added 1 3/16” to the crotch length on the back and took the center back in 3”. First pair of 👖. I never would have done it without the support of my online Monday night sewing circle. Everyone else made the Lander pant, but I opted for the #quadrajeans by @threadtheorydesigns . The pattern was pretty straightforward, and sizing fit well (though I made a corduroy toile to be on the safe side). Belt loops and zippers aren’t really my preference, so I’ll work on the button fly and suspender button placement for the next pair.
