MMM DAY 16 🩵 Two of my most recent makes, and one of my favorite outfits of all time!
The vision really came to life with this one. I made these both with the other garment in mind and I’m soooo satisfied with the outcome! Shirt is the Harbour BF Shirt in the medium length by the incredible @lizziedesignstudio , sewn in a striped cotton poplin from @matchymatchysewingclub . This is my perfect oversized button down shirt, and something that I love about sewing with Lizzie’s patterns is her attention to detail on the finishes. Every garment I’ve made with her patterns is so clean inside and out. For the bottoms I’m wearing my Coe Trousers by @daughterjudypatterns sewn in a cotton twill from @blackbirdfabrics . These are wearing in so beautifully, and I feel like the fit just gets better and better. I also appreciate the attention to detail that Chelsea puts into her patterns with the drafting and the finishes; these have become an immediate workhorse in my closet because they fit like a glove and they look super professional.
Woo happy friday! I’m greeting day 15 of MMM a little later than usual today, but the upside is this gorgeous golden hour lighting that I got to film with 💫
I’m wearing sweatpants that I made as part of a sweatsuit and a vintage Juicy jacket from…….my own closet in middle/high school 😬😅 ultimate cozy post gym fit. See ya tomorrow!
2 weeks of Me Made May! 🤙🏼🎉 Darby and I can’t believe it’s day 14 my dudes!
I “borrowed” this Tofino Top @helens__closet that I made for my bf from his closet today. The fabric is a rayon challis that I got from @lyricalfabrics way back and I love it so much, the colors really drew me in. I even ironed it for the grid (which nash was confused by bc I told him it didn’t really need to be ironed when he wore it a few days ago 😎) and even though she ain’t perfect she sure is pretty!
(ps if you clocked the song………….yes I absolutely would like to imagine that Ilya would wear this shirt and no Shane’s stylist would never Thank You and Goodnight!)

I made this cutie in 2023 out of a thrifted duvet cover. The straps are starting to rip a bit but it’s still one of my favorite makes of all time. I love wearing this when it’s warm and I want to wear something that barely touches my skin! This pattern is high on my list of ones to revisit for my summer wardrobe this year, I love her so much ☺️

Me Made May — Day 11
Wore my Coe Trousers again today @daughterjudypatterns and they’ve relaxed quite a bit since the first wear. They feel much looser on the waist and hips which is my preferred fit, I’m still so stoked on how these turned out!! Today was errands and haircut day so this was the only me-made I wore. Also shoutout to everyone who is still posting regularly for MMM, this stuff is not easy dude! I was feeling the filming/editing fatigue hard today but I’m glad I did it anyways, I know I’m going to feel so accomplished at the end of the month looking back at all my makes, and it brings me so much joy to see what everyone else is creating ✌🏼

Happy Mother’s Day to those who celebrated today 🌷 This was my outfit for dinner with my wonderful mom & family tonight! I’m wearing my beloved Ella Dress by @silversagapatterns sewn with a beautiful gingham linen from @blackbirdfabrics . My coat and boots are both vintage. I made this dress for my birthday this year and it’s such a treat when I get an occasion to wear her again 😍

Happy Saturday friends! This was my farmer’s market outfit today; got some goodies to cook up for dinner tonight and of course grabbed bouquets for some much loved mamas tomorrow.
Now onto the details! I made this whole outfit (except the shoes & jewels) and I wear this whole fit all the time. My quilted coat was made from a caftan that my grandma gifted me for fabric, using a pattern by @rosyspatterns . Underneath that I have a classic scoop neck Honeygirl Tee, and my pants are the Protea Pants with the pleated front, both from the amazing @paradisepatterns ❤️✨
MMM day 8! Ignore my crazy braid lol I was headed to the gym in a hurry.
Top is a Honeygirl Tee that I must have messed the seam allowance up on bc she is puckery in this light! I used a really soft bamboo cotton blend from Blackbird for fabric and double lined the front so it makes for a good workout top despite my silly fit issues. Pants are secondhand RTW so that’s the only Me-Made for today 💪🏼

Only Me-Made is the sweatpants today. I love love love this sweatshirt that I got in Bozeman @intrigueink ; reminds me of my bartending roots!
I made my sweatpants using a pattern that I wouldn’t recommend. They’re an older piece (2023 if I remember correctly) and have seen some better days but they’re still cozy. I got home from work today and decided to stay in so I needed an outfit that would match the vibe ✌🏼

Another tried and true pattern pairing. Can’t get enough! Honeygirl Tee by @paradisepatterns on top and Lane Pants by @hisydgraham on the bottom. Both heavy contenders for my most worn me-made pieces. I’ve been marinating on adding a bigger cuff to the pants with the stripes going horizontal so there’s more contrast. I love the side stripe that I added but these have shrunk in the wash since I’ve made them and I like the idea of more length. I guess only time will tell if I stop wearing them long enough to get them back to the machine! 🤞🏻

I’m a serial outfit repeater. This is one of my all time favorites, and one of the comfiest! I would consider both of these iconic patterns as ‘cult classics’ in the sewing community; both were hugely inspiring to me to start sewing my own clothes again! I’m wearing my Snow Top by the lovely @julesmsmit ; I’ve recently been styling it with the strings loose instead of bows and I feel like it adds such a fun element. My pants are Pomona’s by @annaallenclothing , and I’m dreaming of making a long floor-sweeping pair of these in an off-white linen for summer!
