This is my hacked @papercutpatterns #elizatrench. I have taken all the elements of the Sezane Bobby Jacket and I'm really chuffed how this turned out. It is made from beautiful quality trench coat fabric. Deadstock from @fabricgodmother and I notice they have it in stock now.
I made the short version in a size 4. Shortened it by 10cm, left off the back storm flap. Added the cuff tabs to the back instead of the cuffs. Used the smaller collar piece. I also changed the angle of the welt pocket to be parallel to the side seam and needed to make actual pockets smaller inside the lining. Talking of which, the lovely check lining fabric is from @newcrafthouse and is just the job.
