I am so excited to share that my first cookbook, GATHER AROUND MY TABLE, will be out October 6! Inside you’ll find 100 new recipes that celebrate all the blended flavors of my Korean heritage and NYC upbringing. Writing this cookbook was a meaningful journey years in the making and a collaborative effort: big heartfelt thanks to @chrisrsimpson @vivianhlui @suzie_myers for capturing the beautiful images and @knopfcooks @sefsmith for shepherding the book with such care. Happy Pub Day to Easy Weeknight Dinners @emweinstein @nytcooking !!! đŸ‘đŸ»đŸ‘đŸ»đŸ‘đŸ» So excited and truly honored to be included in this incredible cookbook. There are so many great recipes it was difficult to choose just one, so made two! Butternut Squash Congee with Chile Oil by @hettymckinnon and Crispy-Edged Quesadilla by @clarkbar . They were delicious together.
