Big one for @burtons.grill just outside of Baltimore MD. Very happy with the birds and palette on this one. @craftstudioservices helped me crank this one out! We did magnolia, coral honeysuckle, wild blue berries, cedar wax wing, meadow lark, and a blue warbler. Leaves and flowers going off here in Virginia! Happy spring to you!

Another in this âcommon plantsâ series. I looked at a lot of medieval botanical imagery as I was designing these paintings. Frequently they combined plant illustration with alchemy symbols. I gave myself a prompt to make my own symbols alluding to some mystery or purpose to the plants.

New mural on all four walls of this loft area @theguildaptsrva . The plants are all mostly dreamy versions of passion flower. Itâs one of my all time favorite plants. Itâs got it all, curly spiral vines, alien looking flowers, and fruit! Grows like crazy around here. @craftstudioservices knocked it out of the park with her painting on this one. The thick vines she did are some of my favorite moments in this thing. Now time to go to the pool! đ
Just finished this one up for @theguildaptsrva in their leasing office. So so happy with how this turned out. I hardly ever get to paint shiny things like this key in my murals, it was a fun challenge! @craftstudioservices killed it on those blackberries! I knew I wanted her to paint that part bc sheâs growing berries in her yard and paints this type of botanical element in such a cool way. If youâve never looked at her work, you should! @caseycriddle
The folks that work in this office were so kind and accommodating! We basically had to kick them out of their desk area with our scaffolding set up. They were very cool about it :)
Last pics show the way the light comes into the space in the afternoon and looks like more of our angled lines. And our light fixture drop cloth solution that we decided we kind of liked! I hope everyone is good out there! â¤ď¸

We spent last week in Philly painting birds and native plants for Burtonâs. A couple of exterior paintings on either side of the front of the building and a long accent wall inside. The spaces between the painting inside will get mirrors and booths. Cute lil mural on broad and Thompson for the lovely ladies of @duetstudiointeriors . It is so fun to work with designers. They have a vision and ideas on color so we can collaborate to bring the thing to life! Itâs always nice to have a jumping off point for a project, the parameters help get ideas flowing in a way that a totally blank canvas just doesnât. Thanks to @bradbaconart for the lettering! Some pics I took of the mural @craftstudioservices and I painted in March. We drove down to NC for this one and got a little early warm weather. Magnolias, northern flicker, rose breasted grosbeaks and oak in these. :) đŚ
