We had the pleasure of hosting the students of Visual Design & Printing Technologies from Istituto Marangoni at The Workshop Dxb for an exploratory screenprinting session where they group got hands on with the medium and experienced the beauty of intentional making through doing.
Always good to open the studio to the next generation of designers ✨🌟💫

Excited to announce my first solo exhibition,

A Process To Peace
A homage to my last decade’s journey.
A reinterpretation of cultures and traditions lost in translation, and a quiet resistance to the norms placed upon us.
This is a process of returning of unlearning, of reconnecting, and of coming to peace with what is.

Wear Your Words invites visitors to bring their own T-shirts or tote bags to be printed with a text by Shilpa Gupta (@shilpaguptastudio ), directly referencing her light-text sculpture ‘Still A Sky We Hold’ launching for the opening of Alsekal Art Month.
In collaboration with The Workshop DXB (@theworkshopdxb ), this hands-on experience bridges Gupta’s exploration of language, identity, and communication with personal engagement, as participants reflect on how these themes intersect with their own lives and our collective capacity to respond.
Printing facilities and materials will be open and accessible throughout the day, providing an opportunity for visitors to interact with the artwork.

This one runs deep. A collaboration shaped by time we spent in Barcelona, learning its pace, its noise and witnessing its living walls. 🐦🔥
Meet Javier Dirty, forged in Barcelona’s underground, his work distorts classic graffiti letterforms into something fragmented and alive, moving between wall and print, carrying the same raw urgency into every surface.
