📣 Calling all teachers and educators!
Next month’s World Wildlife Day (3 March) is the perfect moment to bring creativity and conservation into your classrooms.
We’ve teamed up with @theworldslesson and @thenat____ to create ‘Wild Futures for Storytelling’: a free classroom resource designed to empower young people aged 8-14 to use their voice for nature. 🌱
The lesson explores why stories matter and how to shape a compelling narrative – featuring storyboard activities, clips from our film ‘Ocean with David Attenborough’, and tips for using footage from our library to create powerful stories.
Head to the link in our bio to find out more and explore the lesson 🔗

A year ago, this was an idea.
A bold one — but still just a moment in time.
Today, it’s a movement.
Built on trust, collaboration, and the belief that nature, capital and culture must move together.
Year 2, we’re only just getting started... 🌍

Over a month ago, the inaugural NAT Gala took place in NYC—rooted in a few essential questions:
How can we show up for nature?
Why does this gathering matter?
Sophia Li carried these questions through the night—listening, reflecting, and exploring what it means to celebrate being in service to our planet.

As we continue our journey to put nature front and centre in culture, we are inspired by those leading the way. Those redefining what it means to be a hero today. Most aren’t flashy. They spend years toiling away working behind the scenes to bend the arc of history toward justice, fairness, prosperity. They speak up. They push through. They make tough decisions. They lay groundwork for all those who might come after them.
To bring this idea to life we commissioned @nathan____prince and the team at @studioprince__ to create a visual poem to honor them and their work. ‘Redefining Heroes’ uses 100% found footage and imagery.
This film honours those leading the way for nature, from global environmental defenders to a new wave of innovators in fashion, art and culture. It reflects on heroism as care, courage and community.

At THE NAT Gala we were joined by people from the worlds of philanthropy and conservation to those from across the cultural spectrum — fashion icons, artists, actors, and funny folk.
And some, like Rainn Wilson, were all of four of these in one. (“Fashion icon?!” we hear you ask. Sorry, did you not see his fit for the gala? Entirely sourced from Goodwill, and complete with Goodwill store tag still attached? Iconic.)
We caught up with Rainn on the green carpet just as he arrived. Check out what he had to say.

Our mission of amplifying awareness and accelerating action for Nature needs us to be connected to culture in ways unlike before.
One of our guests at THE NAT Gala was @james.whitner , founder of The Whitaker Group — a retail collective driven by its mission to elevate Black ownership, be authentically representative of culture, and reinvest in the communities it serves — and one of the most influential voices in the sneaker and sportswear industries today.
We also had the honor of having James’ daughter @jaidenzairee join us, too, an activist and self-described “life-long learner and policymaker.”
The important conversations that Nature needs us to have are neither linear nor limited to one group of people — they’re many, they’re as much about the bigger picture as they are the minutia, and they’re cross-generational.
Swipe now to hear what James and Jaiden had to say.

At THE NAT Gala last month, we honoured Stella McCartney for her contribution to nature through her tireless efforts to make fashion a force for good.
And earlier this week, she took to the Centre Pompidou in Paris to showcase her SS26 collection. The show, titled “Come Together”, featured over 50 looks with guests including Ice Spice and Cara Delevingne making up the front row — a coming together of culture and conscious fashion that has become McCartney’s signature.
We’re proud to have Stella Mccartney in The NAT family.

May we honour her work with action.
We thank Dr. Jane Goodall for the extraordinary life she lead to fight for Nature. At just 26 years old, she began her journey to revolutionise conservation science and became the inspiring figure she remained until her passing today.
“I had the great honour of meeting Jane a few times. She was fearless, focused and fun. These are the qualities we all need to address the changes she wanted to see in the world, and she leaves millions inspired to carry on her work. May we honor her work with Action.” — Gail Gallie, Founder, THE NAT
“Sylvia taught us that the ocean is not invincible. It’s very vulnerable. It’s warming, it’s acidifying and emptying of life. But she also told us that it’s resilient if we act fast and act together. She’s a scientist, a storyteller and a warrior for the sea.” @billieeilish on @dr.sylviaearle
At 90 years old, Dr. Sylvia Earle still dives, still cares, still educates and still inspires. We are proud to have honored her at THE NAT Gala.

“I have come here today from very far away, and I’m thinking about my people in the Amazon rainforest – thinking about their fight, thinking about our fight. I’m here now in the middle of a system that is threatening our people’s lives, in the middle of an economy that’s sending the oil companies, the mining companies, into our ancestral lands and into our territories. And that’s what we’re resisting.” — @nemonte.nenquimo
Nemonte Nenquimo — Waorani leader from the Ecuadorian Amazon and NAT Steward – in her own words (translated into English by her husband Mitch) from her speech at THE NAT Gala on Sunday.
