Lovely day with the family for Mother’s Day. The kids diverted a hike with the rain and we made a detour to South Fork. Grateful to be a mom and be surrounded wonderful role models. Always 😘 to Mark for making me feel extra special today. For the record the ground is sloped, so Kaya is not taller than me but Zoe definitely is!

And my little Kaya is a teen! Happy birthday to my thoughtful, funny and sassy daughter. Her character is true to the meaning of her name in Japanese: a wise child! 😻 Today we got to celebrate her birthday and Mother’s Day on the same day!
