Tate Britain introduces its major fall 2026 exhibition ‘The 90s:Art and Fashion.’
Touted as the the first exhibition to merge the two most influential forces from the decade - art and fashion - Tate Britain looked to Edward Enninful OBE as one of the decades leading young creatives who played an integral part in shaping the visual language of the 1990s, to curate the landmark exhibition.
The raw energy of the time will be captured across 7 rooms that will showcase the work of designers, artists (including the YBA), musicians, DJs, film makers, and photographers.
Featuring art, fashion, and photography from Alexander McQueen, Tracey Emin, Juergen Teller, Kate Moss, Vivienne Westwood and Steve McQueen.
Attending the exhibition press preview, The Impression heard from curators Edward Enninful and Dominique Heyse-Moore on how the exhibition came together and how the ripple effects of the decade are still reverberating today.
