What is BillyChip? 🤔
BillyChip is the safe and secure currency which allows the public to directly donate to rough sleepers without the fear of their donations being misused.
How do BillyChip work?
You can purchase BillyChip from one of our ever-expanding outlets. You will then be able to donate to someone sleeping rough. That homeless person will then be able to redeem the BillyChip for a minimum of a hot or cold drink.

Valley Fest is back, and we’re giving away tickets. 🎪
Music, food, and lakeside views at Chew Valley Lake. One of the most feel-good festivals in the South West, and you could be there.
We’ve teamed up with @valleyfest to raffle off a pair of tickets. Every ticket you buy goes toward helping people experiencing homelessness get a hot drink or meal. So you’re in with a chance of winning AND doing something good.

We were invited to a coffee morning arranged by the school to visit Gilly and the children that are helping push BillyChip and raise awareness of homelessness in Monmouthshire ☺️
Not only is Gilly helping to lead the school with initiatives, but they’ve been invited to the local council to discuss other ways in which they can help 🤯
Meg did a talk to the kids and chatting to them has been one of the most heartwarming and inspiring experiences!

Difficult question, isn’t it?

But honestly, it’s not an easy question to answer! There isn’t much you can do with £2 nowadays, and barely anyone carries cash even if they did want to give to someone who needs it.
That’s exactly why BillyChip exists.
We now have over 450 vendors across the UK, plus dozens of community outreach centres distributing BillyChips to those who need them most.

We wanted to say thank you to everyone that has supported us on this journey so far, liked and shared a post, donated funds, attended to one of our events or handed out a BillyChip to a person in need, we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making the last 8 years as best as it could ever be, each tiny thing has helped to make the huge difference BillyChip is having on the lives of those experiencing homelessness.
With 50’000+ BillyChips redeemed since we started Billy’s legacy, we are growing a community that care, as he did, for those forced to sleep on our streets, through meaningful and impactful interactions.
From being featured on The One Show to international festivals, TED talks, worldwide press, global super-stars, global companies, pioneering charities, formula 1 teams and the thousands of you who believe in Billy’s dream, we stand together to make our world a better place for those less fortunate.
We keep growing every day and have so many exciting things happening this year, MORE Festivals MORE Live Events MORE talks and the LAUNCH of our new Bank of BillyChip initiative - all happening because of your love and support!
