We recognise the important role art plays in offering a mirror to the urgent issues of the world, and the role that arts organisations have in platforming artists and shaping culture. This is a duty that we, collectively, take seriously, operating on stolen lands.
We are a group of artist-run initiatives joining the worldwide call for an immediate and permanent ceasefire in Gaza. In the face of genocide, we are coming together in solidarity against the state-sanctioned colonial violence of Israel towards Palestine.
We strongly condemn the escalating violence in the region which continues to heavily impact innocent Palestinian families and civilians. We urgently call for humanitarian aid, to further prevent the loss of life, and to support those directly affected.

As the world is heavy with pain and bloodshed, it is hard to look at jewellery and art online devoid of the global context that surrounds us. We want to use this space to amplify the reality of the horrific gen*cide happening in Palestine, and by extension, Armenia, Sudan and the Democratic Republic of Congo
We are by no means experts on these issues, but to stay silent means to violently side with the oppressors.
Any Zionism, antisemitism, aggression or general dickhead behaviour in comments or DMs will be removed. This is not a discussion space.

The Imprinted by PÿR is a participatory workshop which invites the audience to be involved in the process of making jewellery, Imprinted off their own body.
"This collection explores the idea of the contribution of others in the constitution of the
self, while questioning the idea of the self-made man. What is the role of the other in the formation of our identity? Is it through others that we find ourselves?"
Join us on the 17th of June at Platform Arts gallery to talk about contemporary jewellery, and make an imprint!
