To Kickoff the @143fitness_ roster we went the opposite direction of a standard Pilates trainer bio. Every coach needed to be a hero of their film.
For @jcoco.com1 we leaned into high-velocity sound design and aggressive speed ramping to highlight his explosive gymnastic prowess. Truthfully a lot of calories were burned on this production.
