March 2026 owes me nothing. It turns out sha, that you can put a price on happiness lol. I’m just going to type everything that happened this month-all aren’t in the pictures. 1) My babies turned one and we had the most epic safari themed party 2) my newest baby @143fitness_ was launched and I’m ridiculously proud. 3) Had to fly to Kenya for legit 48 hours for an Investment committee meeting 4) Finished the last month of our Chrysalis trainee program and I’m so excited to have them join us 5) Wrapping up construction on the new @chrysaliscapital office. 6) Eight of my friends flew between 11 and 18 hours each just to be here for a few days to celebrate all this. This is probably the thing I’m most grateful for. To be loved by them is everything. 7) Ibk held things down for the Nigerian delegation as always while Odun was getting honored by the King. 8) My dad flew back just to be here for the epic weekend and my stepmom made a custom scent for 143 that everyone is obsessed with and is all over the studio and in peoples homes. 9) My second born Angel held me down like mad and Amaka came back from Canada to help me handle chrys and 143. 10)My house of nich team cared for my babies and home cuz I was barely there putting all this together. I didn’t really sleep this month. But, I’d do it all over again. If you want a village, be a good villager. Mine showed TF out this month and I’m beyond grateful.
The 143 launch party was a vibe. We kept it simple: Good music, great food, immaculate energy.

37. My theme for this year is Silence the Noise. Yesterday, I got so many messages from people saying that I inspired them and it was so humbling and heart warming. On one hand because I constantly feel like I’m not doing enough. On the other hand because I’ve had some “takers” around me who drain me and made me feel like I wasn’t giving enough.
On December 1st, I had a chat with my career coach that snapped me out of an 18+ month fog and I’ve just been so ridiculously optimistic since then. Silencing the noise is about truly trusting myself and my instincts. This year started with so many challenges, but I’ve been more than okay and just genuinely at peace. I love that for me.
I hope I continue to inspire y’all and remain at peace. Thank you to my friends who continue to make my annual birthday trips. We missed the ones who couldn’t come this year. My community is such a blessing.
