This past Saturday we had our first ever seminar!!! We were so happy to see so many faces and be able to have some very lovely guest join us to talk about the âbeforeâ that needs to happen before stepping onto stage. We talked about tanning, DIY tanning, makeup, hair, and everything in between. Tanning is an essential piece that needs to be done before stepping onto stage, but sometimes there are things arenât talked about enough. There are so many small details in not only tanning, but also hair and makeup that are crucial. The Tanmasters Bodybuilding Prep Week Seminar was an info packed time of learning and reconnecting with bodybuilding friends. It was wonderful to see Kia, Kimbo, Jessica Wilson (she had a line and I had to leave without an updated photo đ˘), Candice, @drfitnp , and more. I also go to see Daniel, my makeup artist in my first bodybuilding competition in January 2025. So wonderful to spend time with fellow members of the bodybuilding community. Thanks hosting us, @tanmasters !
