Fasting blood glucose is not just about carbs or calories.
This data shows my patient’s fasting glucose improving from 105 mg/dL to 80 mg/dL with a focus on recovery, breath work, sleep, and central nervous system balance. NUTRITION AND STRENGTH TRAINING WERE ALREADY OPTIMIZED.
When the body is under stress, it may release more glucose overnight as part of the fight-or-flight response. As recovery improves and the nervous system feels safer, stress chemistry can calm down, helping support steadier morning blood sugar.
For physique athletes, optimized fasting glucose matters for recovery, fat loss, muscle retention, training response, inflammation, and overall prep/recomp progress. We have a goal to meet and we made some simple adjustments!

This was my best dance on stage, my best presentation, and one of the most beautiful physiques I’ve ever brought to the stage 💎
In my opinion, this was one of my best looks ever 💪✨
The stage, the emotions, the atmosphere — everything was absolutely incredible 🥹❤️

Grateful for a sport that pushes you but also feels so rewarding. This is just the beginning, and I can't wait to see where this journey takes me, but for now, we celebrate the present.

A scale only tells you total weight.
It does NOT tell you:
• how much muscle was built
• how much body fat was lost
• how your metabolism is improving
• how your visceral fat is changing
• or whether your body composition is actually getting better
This is why we use tools like InBody scans.
Not to obsess over single numbers… but to monitor trends over time and make smarter coaching decisions based on real data.
This client went from:
171.1 lb @ 32.7% body fat
To:
155.3 lb @ 17.6% body fat
While gaining 7.5 lb of skeletal muscle and dropping visceral fat from 11 ➡️ 4.
That’s real body recomposition.
Real progress is more than “losing weight.”
