A line suggests order—it separates, contains, defines. It marks beginnings and ends, producing the illusion of structure. Lines That Do Not Hold begins where this structure falters. Across painting, photography, installation, and moving image, the artists approach the line as unstable and permeable, shaped by memory and embodiment.
Alix Marie anchors the exhibition in the body, constructing a ritualistic language around fertility and protection. Maryam Khastoo shifts this inquiry into the image, exploring displacement and interior rupture. Natalia Papadopoulou extends it into space, creating immersive environments that unsettle orientation. Kyveli Zoi gathers these tensions into oneiric scenes where bodies and landscapes merge.

Just returned from the 5th edition of @deoprojects , ONCE WE WERE GARDENS exhibition, where @papadopoulou.natalia presented her breathtaking new sculptural installation: Delphine (2025).
Delphine is both mythic and alive - a large-scale, light-reactive structure of iron, mirrored surfaces, and shimmering threads.
Positioned like a portal at the edge of the garden, it responds to sun, shadow, and time itself. In the morning light it glows, hovers, shifts, tethered to the trees, vibrating with presence.
Delphine draws from myth and memory, evoking the hybrid, the dreamlike, and the feminine archetype. Part serpent, part butterfly, part constellation. It resists definition, much like Natalia’s practice itself.
So proud to have accompanied her through this journey — and be part of this stunning realization.
