'Dare to Dream' is a creative development programme curated by Superprojects Curatorial Fellow Fatoumata Gandega (
@fantasymina_ ), with support from Superprojects staff Rayne Booth (
@rayne_booth ) and Giulia Berto (
@berto.giulia ). The programme was designed to empower young people from diverse backgrounds to imagine new possibilities for themselves and their futures.â
â
This pilot edition ran from September to October 2025 with nine young people (16â20) from the Liberties Training Centre in Dublin 8 (
@libertiestrainingcentre ). Centred on photography, film, and visual art, the programme provided space for self-expression, confidence-building, and exploration. Through creative workshops, cultural visits, and production sessionsâeach focusing on different aspects of artistic developmentâparticipants were encouraged to enter cultural spaces where they may not always feel represented and to create work that reflects their own perspectives.â
â
The programme was delivered in collaboration with Jonny Carley, Digital Media Instructor at the Liberties Training Centre, who provided ongoing support and mentorship throughout.â
