On this day in Black History, April 21st, the one named Jibril Yazid, but affectionately known the world over as Bean... the initiated one... the one claimed by Osun, the one Ifa named Onifade. Poppee's boy... the one we knew before he came to this realm... this is the holy day he was born! Can you believe it? 17 years old! So many shifts and transitions. We don't always see eye to eye, but he is certainly my heart. He's learning himself and exploring independence and working my nerves, but I wouldn't trade him. lol!!! I pray he knows that.
