Designing a festival playground that enhances the user eperience. For Australian Open 2024, Grand Slam Oval brought together food, music and tennis in one high-energy destination. Before developing the creative, we focused on building a clear information delivery system – helping visitors navigate the space and ensuring the right information appeared at the right time. This approach made the precinct legible, accessible and easy to move through, while creating a strong framework for integrating dozens of F&B vendors into one cohesive experience.
Once the system was in place, the festival could come to life. #BrandExperience #EnvironmentalDesign #BrandDesign #Wayfinding #Melbourne #MelbourneGraphicDesign

What happens when tennis meets a music festival? For Australian Open 2024, Grand Slam Oval became a high-Wayfindingyground of food, music and culture. The design system was inspired by the rhythm of tennis — bold shapes and movement flowing across the precinct while keeping information clear and vendor brands integrated. Sport. Culture. Energy. Impact › 1.1M+ visitors (record attendance) › 62% increase in vendor sales › One creative idea to bring the ultimate festival playground to life #BrandExperience #EnvironmentalDesign #BrandDesign #Wayfinding #Melbourne MelbourneGraphicDesign

How do you make complex financial data engaging, clear, and trusted? Fintel is an advanced equity research platform giving investors access to institutional-grade data, tools, and analysis. Our challenge was to elevate the brand so it not only matched the sophistication of the product but also stood out in a crowded market. Our solution: the F chip, a bold graphic device inspired by the idea of spotting “blue chip” investments early, when they’re still green. Data-inspired patterns, sharp messaging, and a distinctive green palette give the brand a look and feel that’s confident, expert, and trustworthy. The result is a brand that trades in clarity, not noise, and gives investors the insights they need to move with confidence. See it in motion below. #Branding #BrandIdentity #BrandStrategy #DesignStudio #FinancialBranding #Fintel #DataDrivenDesign #VisualIdentity #StelmaStudio

Introducing Te Taumata | Lakeview A new brand identity for a destination like no other. Set against the stunning backdrop of Tāhuna | Queenstown, @lakeviewtetaumata is a once-in-a-generation development curated by the team at @ninetyfour_feet . A bold new precinct where natural beauty, cultural heritage, and architectural excellence converge. We were proud to help shape the brand and craft a narrative that celebrates Queenstown’s landscape, culture, and lifestyle – while showcasing the innovation and world-class architecture the precinct is bringing to market. From naming and tone of voice to the visual identity, every element was designed to feel refined, intentional, and deeply connected to place. The first release has already generated over $100 million in pre-build sales, attracted widespread media attention, and has just been shortlisted as a finalist for the @betterfutureawards 2025 for the Graphic Design - Identity and branding for property. A huge thank you to the project team and collaborators: @ninetyfour_feet , @monkmackenzie , @architectus.nz , Wraight + Associates, Aukaha, @neoscapeprojects , @equality_media , @flukecreative , and @gabriel_saunders #Branding #PlaceBranding #DesignStudio #PropertyMarketing #BrandIdentity #Queenstown #BrandStrategy #StelmaStudio #94Feet

Brand Insight Series Branding is more than just a logo. It’s how your business is perceived, experienced and remembered. But even the most well-intentioned businesses can fall into the same traps. Here are 6 of the most common branding mistakes we see: 1. No alignment: Different teams, different messages. 2. No clear strategy: Without direction, everything feels reactive. 3. Not understanding your audience: If you don’t know who you’re speaking to, you won’t connect. 4. No point of difference: Blending in is a fast track to being forgotten. 5. Lack of story: Facts tell. Stories sell. 6. Inconsistent branding: Confused visuals and tone dilute your impact. The good news? These are all fixable with the right structure, clarity and intention. We created this post to help businesses spot these early and build brands that are cohesive, clear and confident. Do any of these sound familiar? #branding #brandstrategy #brandidentity #creativebusiness #stelma #designstudio #melbournebusiness

Creating a visual language inspired by the masters of storytelling. Sherpa’s bold graphic system takes cues from the legends of cinema and early title sequence design. Think Alfred Hitchcock and Saul Bass. We created a series of dynamic patterns to capture the emotional pulse of storytelling. Each graphic element was designed to convey mood and movement, giving Sherpa a distinctive voice that can shift and adapt with every narrative. The result? A flexible brand identity that brings emotion to the forefront in a fresh and playful way. See it come to life in the video below. #branding #design #creativestrategy #storytelling #sherpa #branding #brandstrategy #marketingtips #businessgrowth #creativity #innovation #digitalmarketing #creative #logo #design #creativedesign #logotype #agency #creativeagency #corporateidentity #identity #brandidentity #melbournedesign #melbourne #motionbrand #animation

Brand Insight Series What does it mean to build a brand that moves? For Sherpa, the idea was to create a dynamic logotype that could work as a framing device across a range formats and devices. The bold typography gave it confidence and the arrow symbol suggested guidance and direction (like a Sherpa). When space was limited, the logotype needed to be flexible enough to compact down and still retain the look and feel of the original mark. The result? A bold identity that moves with intention and adapts without compromise. #branding #design #creativestrategy #storytelling #sherpa #branding #brandstrategy #marketingtips #businessgrowth #creativity #innovation #digitalmarketing #creative #logo #design #creativedesign #logotype #agency #creativeagency #corporateidentity #identity #brandidentity #melbournedesign #melbourne #motionbrand #animation

When done well, it creates alignment, builds trust, and makes a lasting impact. Five key elements to get right: 1. Clear strategy & purpose – A well-defined direction 2. Engaging creative idea – A concept that captures attention 3. Emotional connection – Resonating on a deeper level 4. Authentic storytelling – A narrative that feels real 5.
