Neoscape | Projects – Goodspace, 96A Denison Street, Hillsdale We're proud to share practical completion of @goodspace_au 's newest flexible workspace and self-storage destination in Sydney's south-east. Set on a 4,170m² site in Hillsdale, the development delivers a four-storey commercial building and a three-storey warehouse facility comprising 20 industrial units. Designed by @bjb_architects and built by @h.co.projects , it's supported by a café, dedicated preparation and cool rooms, a premium end-of-trip facility, and parking for 62 vehicles and 28 bicycles. Engaged initially as Superintendent in July 2024, Neoscape inherited a project paused by the previous contractor's liquidation. Within two months the site was re-mobilised, a new Construction Manager appointed, and delivery driven through to completion — pragmatic problem-solving from the right team at the right time. Delivered as a base-build, the site is now primed for incoming tenants to fit out to their own operational requirements, a process that we are leading as Project Manager. Neoscape | Projects – halō, 10-12 Cordelia Street, Brisbane Neoscape is pleased to share our appointment as Superintendent on Kiō Investment Management’s Build-to-Rent development halō, in South Brisbane. Designed by @woodsbagot , the 34-level tower will deliver 286 Build-to-Rent apartments, comprising a mix of one, two and three-bedroom residences. The development is supported by a strong suite of resident-focused amenities, including a rooftop pool, wellness facilities, co-working and lounge spaces, private dining rooms and pet-friendly features, alongside an activated ground-floor interface. The project’s distinctive architectural form, defined by its curved geometry and stepped crown, will establish a new presence on the South Brisbane skyline. Its location provides direct access to transport, employment and education hubs, as well as Brisbane’s established cultural and dining precincts, including Fish Lane. Head Contractor @hutchies1912 have completed demolition and are currently progressing through piling works. As Superintendent, Neoscape is supporting the project through the early stages of construction, working collaboratively with the delivery team to manage quality, compliance and delivery outcomes. Neoscape | Projects – Larkview, Mt Barker Construction is set to commence on @jinding_group ’s 350-lot residential subdivision in Mount Barker, approximately 40km south-east of the Adelaide CBD, with the bulk earthworks contractor now engaged and works underway. The development marks Jinding’s first project in the South Australia. Neoscape’s involvement began with managing the fit-out of the Larkview Sales Centre, followed by supporting the Jinding team with project delivery, utilising our local presence. We’re now pleased to be formally engaged as Project Manager, working closely with Spiire to assist with driving delivery as the project transitions into construction. Neoscape | Projects – Kew Palm House Partnering once again with @kew_residences , we are proud to share that demolition is complete and construction has commenced at Kew Palm House, with shoring and excavation now underway following a ground-breaking ceremony held late last year. Located in Bellevue Hill, the luxury residential development designed by @woodsbagot comprises 16 large apartments across two separate buildings, with two levels of basement parking accessed via dual car lifts. Resident amenities include a pool, landscaped terraces, kitchen, wine room, and dining and lounge spaces. The steep site and close proximity to neighbouring properties present a highly constrained construction environment. In conjunction with Harvestland Construction, Neoscape has supported Positive by managing multiple complex workstreams, including contract negotiations, planning modifications, construction certificate approvals, and detailed construction logistics and program strategies. From weeding and planting to learning about critically endangered rainforest ecosystems, invasive species and local wildlife, the team got hands-on while deepening their understanding of the area they live and work in. A great morning giving back, connecting with nature and strengthening our ties to community.

Neoscape | Projects – The Rushcutters Neoscape is pleased to share our appointment by @thirdigroup as Project Manager and Superintendent for The Rushcutters, an exclusive collection of 13 luxury residences positioned between the beauty of Rushcutters Bay and the vibrant energy of Potts Point. This marks our second project with Thirdi, continuing a strong and collaborative partnership. The development comprises a two-level basement, ground-floor retail and expansive three-bedroom residences, including a full-floor penthouse with its own rooftop terrace. Neoscape has been engaged to support the finalisation of the preliminary design, lead the execution of the Head Contract, and oversee delivery through to completion. Delivery will include demolition of the existing post-war building and construction of a two-level basement, with significant authority coordination required due to the site’s proximity to key Sydney transport and utility assets.
