We're pleased to share another milestone: construction is now underway at Dunhelen, our newest masterplanned community in Greenvale.
This marks a significant step forward for a tightly held suburb that has long needed new housing—and the local community has responded with enthusiasm. Nearly 70% of purchasers are from Greenvale and surrounding suburbs including Craigieburn, Donnybrook, Mickleham and Kalkallo, reflecting both strong local demand and a clear lack of new supply in the area.
With Stage One now sold out, we’ve appointed BMD Group to deliver civil works across the site. Earthworks and essential infrastructure are now commencing, laying the foundations for the first 44 lots to move toward homebuilding early next year.
For the families who have already chosen Dunhelen, real progress on the ground is an exciting and clear signal that the community is taking shape.
Set across 29 hectares, Dunhelen will deliver close to 460 homes, connected by green links, leafy streetscapes and future community infrastructure, including a proposed primary school and local hub.
We look forward to delivering a community that feels right at home in Greenvale.
A few weeks ago, we officially celebrated our exciting milestone of construction commencement at Larkview, our newest community in Mount Barker, with an onsite sod turning ceremony.
We’ve appointed national civil construction company Winslow to deliver bulk earthworks across our first four stages, paving the way for delivery of the community’s first 139 lots.
For the future Larkview homeowners, this is a moment that matters. Seeing construction commencing is real, tangible proof that the community is progressing exactly as planned.
It's also a meaningful step forward for the Mount Barker region itself — a region where housing demand has consistently outpaced supply. Larkview is helping to address that, offering a range of lot sizes to create real opportunities for locals at every stage of life.
Special thanks to our partners, Spiire, Neoscape & Oliver Hume Property Group for helping us both meet and celebrate this important milestone.
The momentum is building. We can't wait to bring this community to life.
At 19, Riddhi Chotara is already taking strides towards property ownership.
A Flinders University student from Northfield, Riddhi recently became the 100th purchaser at Larkview, and she couldn't be more excited about what lies ahead.
Encouraged by her dad to get on the property ladder early, Riddhi visited Larkview without any real expectation of buying. What she found changed her mind entirely.
"Larkview was the first place we went to together and what stood out were all the options. I loved the sound of the lifestyle and Jinding's previous projects. I checked out the area, not really thinking I was going to buy, but then I realised it wasn't a bad idea."
Riddhi’s decision was about more than just owning property. She is motivated by independence, ambition and a belief, instilled by her family, that opportunity doesn't wait.
"My parents have always encouraged me to not wait for things to happen to me. So I started looking, thinking the earlier I start on my property journey, the better."
At 19, she's already on her way.
Congratulations, Riddhi – we can't wait to welcome you to the Larkview community.

Recently, the Jinding Real Estate team hosted an exclusive event at the Collins Wharf display suite, offering a privileged preview of Aluna at Collins Wharf—one of Melbourne's most anticipated waterfront developments by Lendlease.

This RUOK? Day, our team came together to prioritise wellbeing and connection. We began the morning with a pilates session by Jayde D Webster at JD Pilates, which encouraged mindfulness and movement, followed by a shared morning tea that provided space for genuine conversations in our office.
R U OK? Day serves as an important reminder that checking in with colleagues doesn’t need to be reserved for one day a year. A simple question - “Are you OK?” - can foster a culture of care, trust, and psychological safety in the workplace.
At Jinding, we strive to build meaningful connections and support one another - every day.
