My first one from Structures Brewing, and Die In Haze was super solid right out of the gate. The aroma pops with red Starburst candy, ripe papaya, citrus oil, and that sticky Nelson/Mosaic dankness. Taste follows with sweet tropical fruit, candied berry, soft orange, and a little green hop bite to keep the 12.5% from feeling too heavy. Mouthfeel is full, hazy, and creamy with a smooth warmth that sneaks in late. Big Quad IPA energy, but balanced enough to stay dangerously drinkable.

RESIN THEORY - WC DIPA - 8.5% ABV brewed w/ ctz, cryo pop, & chinook. Dry hopped w/ galaxy, simcoe, & krush abstract.
REEFER - WCIPA. We dry-hopped with Riwaka, Mosaic, Cascade, and King Louis XIII Terpenes.
