LETS LEARN ABOUT BEER. Traditionally Kölsch is a light, crisp German Ale from Cologne that drinks much more like a lager. It's fermented like an ale at warmer temps, but then cold conditioned like a lager. This process gives the beer subtle fruitiness and a soft malt backbone, with an exceedingly smooth, clean finish. HIGHLY QUAFFABLE 🍻

REEFER WC IPA 💨 Our yearly collab with @chuckshopshop 4/20 is right around the corner so we're getting ready the best way we know how — by brewing a super dank West Coast IPA. We dry-hopped with Riwaka, Mosaic, Cascade, and plenty of King Louis XIII Terpenes (Yes, those Terpenes).

The Terpenes impart all the wonderful aromas that you know and love, but with none of the THC or CBD. The result is a super dank, surprisingly crushable beer. All Chuck's locations will have draft and cans, we will be draft only at @structuresbrewing_oldtown starting TOMORROW until 4/20 when our cans will go live too.
