We are thrilled to be tentatively contracted for the exterior landscape and hardscape at One Lady Bird Lake. This project is a masterclass in urban integration, and we couldn’t be more proud to help bring this waterfront vision to life.

Strata was recently awarded and is now actively installing a major exterior update to The Brady Residences in Dallas. We’ve been tasked with the 8th floor pool deck rehab (structures, paving, decking, planting, and steelwork) as well as a large ground level update (pavers, concrete, custom furnishings, structures, planting, fountains, and outdoor kitchens).

Strata was recently awarded a majority of the site work scope (landscape, irrigation, lighting, fencing, pavers, concrete, furnishings, steel, and more) for The Belvedere. We’re excited to get started on our portion of the project in mid to late 2026 and will be working with @summitdb General Contractors as well as @nudge_design
Just finished a stellar roof deck installation with @randconstruct . Strata handled everything you see except the electrical outlets. Jammed about 6 weeks of work into a 3 week window. Great job Fabian (ops manager) and a big thanks to the Strata crews getting up at 3am for weeks on end.
Fixin’ to add a 2026 Peterbilt 548 dual axel dump truck to our growing fleet. 17 or so yards per load will up our ground game a good bit. Excited to get this fella out on the road!
