A project of this magnitude and excitement cannot be kept quiet forever and now the silence is broken. Rottet Studio is thrilled to finally share a first look at the interiors for @GoldmanSachs ’ future Dallas campus at NorthEnd!
Scheduled to open in 2028, the 800,000sf landmark workplace will be Goldman’s second-largest U.S. office and home to more than 5,000 employees. Designed with wellbeing, collaboration, and community at the forefront, the campus will feature open workspaces, conferencing hubs, dining venues, fitness and wellness facilities, rooftop gardens, outdoor terraces, and The Nest — a thoughtfully designed organic glass atrium connecting it all.

“I was lucky enough to partner with Lauren Rottet on the new Marriott at our headquarters and being able to listen to her thought process and how she develops things. And the carpet design just wasn’t landing. And she was so committed to taking the narrative to the project and the relationship of the Potomac and Bethesda Stone. And literally, I’m not kidding, she pulls out this evocative oil painting that was very much all of those things. And then she used that oil painting as the departure for a carpet pattern. And it was done effortlessly.”
In this heartfelt testimonial, Aliya Khan, Vice President of Design, Global Design Strategies at Marriott International shares her experience collaborating with @LRottet on the @MarriottBethesdaDowntown .
Thank you @AliyaZK for your kind words - it was an honor to work with you and the team on this special project for @MarriottHotels .

At Rone Residences in Houston’s River Oaks, Lauren Rottet proves that great design isn’t reserved for the ultra-luxury market.
Designed by Rottet Studio, the 209-unit multifamily development balances elevated interiors with a contextual approach—drawing from the neighborhood’s architectural language while creating a refined, livable experience for both downsizing residents and a new generation moving in.

Partners, teams, and friends of the project came together to celebrate the moment and share a first look at what’s to come. Designed by @rogerferrisandpartners with interiors by @rottetstudio .
With completion anticipated in 2027, the momentum here is only building.

Clips from the @RivageBalHarbour .
For me, it always starts with light. At Rivage Bal Harbour in Miami, we designed the interiors around exactly that and let the oceanfront guide everything else. Flow-through layouts, natural stone, warm woods, and bronze throughout.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Houston officially launched sales, and we could not be more proud to see this vision come to life.
We approached this project as an expression of everything that makes this city distinct. Inspired by the historic post oak canopy and the green parklands along Buffalo Bayou, we integrated warm woods, limestone, marble, and bronze accents to create a setting that balances contemporary luxury with a distinctly regional character.
Houston has always had a layered identity. As the Houston Chronicle puts it, the Ritz-Carlton could not only redefine the Uptown skyline, it could set a new threshold for what’s possible in Houston’s luxury real estate market.

Thrilled to finally announce @RottetStudio has been selected to lead the interior design for Treehouse Hotel Miami Beach, the brand’s first resort property. Developed by Starwood Hotels and Keyah Real Estate Group, this vibrant property is slated to open in 2029.
The project reimagines two historic 1940s Art Deco buildings alongside a new ocean-view tower, weaving Miami Beach’s architectural heritage with a contemporary, hospitality-driven approach. The interiors will span guest rooms and suites, dining and lounge venues, a central courtyard, wellness spaces, and a rooftop pool.
@staytreehouse Hotel Miami Beach is envisioned as welcoming, unpretentious, and quietly magical. Designed for travelers who appreciate thoughtful design without taking it too seriously, it’s a place to play, unwind, and rediscover a sense of freedom.
More to come.
