Delivering a new standard for public service infrastructure.
@ajaxbuilding is nearing completion on the Sarasota County Government Administration Facility—a 120,000+sf, four-story Class A office space designed to support the County’s essential operations and long-term growth.
Located at 1 Apex Road overlooking the Celery Fields, the facility will centralize key departments including County Administration, Clerk & Comptroller, Communications, Human Resources, and more—creating a collaborative, efficient environment for both staff and the community.
The project also features a new CEP plant with emergency generators, utility upgrades, and a parking structure, with a goal of LEED certification to support long-term sustainability.
Ajax partnered with @officialtandemconstruction and design teams @fawleybryant and @hoknetwork to bring this vision to life.

What does it take to transform an existing space into a state-of-the-art outpatient facility? For Hospital for Special Surgery’s Paramus location, it meant rethinking the structure from the ground up—literally.
Working within an existing building, @lfdriscoll overcame a major challenge: integrating new elevators where none previously existed. This required excavating a new pit, creating floor openings, and building structural framing to support a new shaft—all while advancing a full interior fit-out.
The result:
✔️ 30,000+ SF across two floors
✔️ Advanced imaging rooms including MRI, X-ray, and EOS
✔️ A full rehabilitation center and physical therapy gym
✔️ Modern clinical, administrative, and patient-centered spaces and more!

Recently leadership from across the STOBG family of builders gathered in Washington, D.C. for three days of learning and team building during the final session of our inaugural ASCEND cohort.
Amidst the workshops and social events, the group spread out across our nation’s capital on a scavenger hunt for hidden landmarks that put their collaboration and leadership skills to the test.
The session was capped off with a keynote from New York Times bestselling author @keithferrazzi who encouraged our leaders to embrace a culture where teams challenge, coach, and elevate each other.
