NYC half 18th place 1:13:23. Today’s run was really solid for me considering where my fitness is and where life is. I’ve been building since late January and my race wasn’t everything I wanted but it was all I needed. Confirmation that I’m heading in the right direction. That I’m busy balancing life and work with training. Some days my training wins and some days my kids and life wins. But that the reason we keep lining up. For the chance. To see. I fought and battled out there today and am proud of that effort. Props to @wellfeliciafit for a great run and battle we had pulling each other along. Props to @callirianne for being the strongest mama runner out there! Sometimes we are afraid to show up as our imperfect selves to races thinking we will be judged or criticized. But remember the critics are in the cheap seats and no even in the arena. So if you’re in the arena be proud of your effort. The time and the place doesn’t always tell the whole story. Thank you, New York as always. I heard all of the chairs out there today. You were electric and amazing. Still have my heart NYC🫶
PS shoutout to my best support and pseudo agent Riley
And my real agent @joshcox 😎
Ok @tracksmithrunning we doing this?! Excited to officially announce my signing with Tracksmith. The support, belief and opportunity means the world to me. Looking forward to this next chapter and all that it brings. To those who have been following along, just got here or always been here, it’s been a journey, thanks for the support and love. I feel it.
More to come soon on the backstory, the last few months, why this partnership is just right, why you should always bet on yourself and stay true to your mission and your true north. Stoke level is high🙌 ( and hope I can nail the serious poses for Tracksmith because usually I’m awkward serious face😜)
How we spent Mother’s Day! I saw this trend and we had to try. Wait for Soulja Boy… I can’t believe what we did😎🤣 boys filmed us
Also challenging all our couple partners out there!

Stephanie Bruce is coming to Canton twice (June 3 & July 11)
She’ll be at She Leads (June 3) as part of a women’s leadership panel with local elite athletes to celebrate Global Running Day. Register ASAP using the link in our bio.
She’s also all in for Women’s 6K as our official hype woman all weekend 💅🏼
Plus, look out for more details on the Friday pre-race shakeout run with Second Sole Canton!
I mean this is so random but it just deserved a spot on my timeline. @thommo26.2 has been one of our best friends for over a decade! When he and @bbjamin15 are together.. well you see what’s possible. It’s been too long. We miss you buddy and sorry if you 2 are mad at me for posting this!😜🤣🤣
The tour continues! 5th place, top masters at Pittsburgh half in 1:12:28. I hadn’t run in the 72 min range in over a year so this felt like a big win. How do define success when you’re most likely not setting PBs anymore? You don’t. You just own the feeling that comes with it. Some days I may critique my performance and think I could have done better in my prep, in my recovery, or I realize that’s what my body had on the day. Other times on race day the success slaps me in the face and I soak it in. If everytime out you are dissatisfied or alway wanting more, you’re missing the joy in the pain and process. You’re missing being proud of doing the damn thing that you love doing. We got a perfect weather morning in Pittsburgh and the crowds and community were out! This was my 4th time racing the half here and for sure not my last.
But perhaps my greatest accomplishment. Finished the race at 8:12, was selected for drug testing (thank you clean sport!), provided a sample at 9:45, was in an uber at 10:04 and on my flight at 11:10. And have since peed 5 times on my flights and in the airport (because you needed to know that🤪)
📸 @brendensands who by the way slayed his race but won’t spoil his post👏
Bruce Camp registration is now open! July 31-Aug 3rd 2026 Flagstaff AZ. Link in bio.
Year 10 of hosting our adult running camp.
Nervous you won’t fit in? That’s what everyone says before they register and then they arrive and think “why was I even wondering?”
Have questions, ask away⬇️ Hope to see you all this summer in Flagstaff.
Heading to race @pghmarathon this weekend for my 4th year. I’ve been 1st, 1st, and 4th. I’ve won, I’ve lost, I’ve battled. And now it’s all about how I show up the best version of me on race day and how this sport can shape you in ways you never thought possible. Here’s to start lines and finish lines and everything in between.
The day before pace jobs I think about the women, their hard work, their solo mornings and evenings and treadmill runs and cross training sessions. All their sacrifices, their time, their support crew. I think how can I make their task just a tiny bit easier for the 1st half of their marathon. What quiet confidence can I exude, how can I navigate the course, the fluid stations, the crowds, the pace.. in a way that all they have to do is lock in and trust. It’s a huge responsibility, but also a huge honor. To be a tiny part of others chasing their dreams.🫶
Already planning @tracksmithstamata next OTQ attempt… where should we go? What marathon? Who’s coming with us?? Let me know⬇️
We don’t care about time.
We’re here for effort.
Though the OTQ is enticing, it’s simply a proxy we use to reveal athletes who are exposed.
Those reaching to the edges of themselves with wonder.
To see what they’ll have a step beyond exhaustion.
And who’s still standing with them even when they “fall short.”
Which is why we have fallen for @tracksmithstamata .
Yes, a group of athletes supported by a brand.
But they’re building…
Each cycle stacking effort, fitness, and connection.
Women willing to try this hard, together.
We can’t wait to see what they’ve built in two years.
❤️🔥
Congrats to @libby.benzer , debut marathon finish in 2:38. And thank you @eugenemarathon for setting the stage for such exertion.
Onward! 🚀
So damn proud of all these women! @tracksmithstamata 🫶 I’ll let them tell their own stories but what a day we had at @eugenemarathon ! The marathon is a beast and one that some days you conquer and other days it conquers you. But we live to fight another day. More to come later💪🙌
