24hr breakfast restaurants were the best after a late night climb. This is inspired by the soy milk breakfast restaurants in Taipei. It's definitely one of the things I miss about Taiwan!

A core memory of my childhood was watching my parents peel an apple for me. I thought it was so cool the way they'd peel an apple with just a small knife. As a small child, I distinctly remember wanting to learn how to use chopsticks and peel fruits because I thought it was just what cool adults did.
This illustration is inspired by all the apples my parents peeled for me. 🍎
