Power is meaningless if it can’t be shared.
At the end of January, we’re gathering again.
How to Walk on Clouds is Dream State’s second leadership conference for creatives who feel the pull.
When I was 17, I went to a leadership retreat I didn’t want to attend.
I didn’t think dreaming was for me.
I didn’t think leadership was either.
That weekend changed everything.
I met people who didn’t fit the story we were handed.
I learned my struggles weren’t personal failures.
I left believing I could actually do something.
This experience is built with that same care, but attuned for you.
Not to inspire you for a weekend.
But to find you people who won’t let you disappear.
To help you remember why you started.
To practice doing hard things together.
To building what’s needed to do hard things.
It’s not for everyone.
But if this is for you, you’ll feel it.
