A bit of an odd one this time! This is a Digital Betacam copy of 'Death of The Doctor Pt. 1' that was used by the BBC to air the actual episode on CBBC! This popped up on eBay recently and was initially confused, as I had never seen anything like it before, but after reading the listing and doing a bit of digging I knew I just had to get it. It's such a unique piece of history, to have the tape that contains the exact episode we watched on TV way back when! As some may have seen, this popped up for sale recently from @bannerman_road_archive , and I'm sure it wont come as a surprise to those who are familiar with me, I had to pick it up! This is one of only a handful of known (Un)official Limited Edition Sarah Jane Adventures Soundtrack CDs made for the 2017 Attic Reunion Event! This CD was auctioned by @bannerman_road_archive on eBay and was their personal copy. There are only around 4 known copies in the wild: one was auctioned at the Attic Convention, two were sold on the Attic webstore after the event, and the one I have now was purchased directly from a staff member of the event by Bannerman Road Archive. Little bit of portfolio work! This is the "Trion Data Beacon" which was used by Peter Davison and Janet Fielding in the Season 21 Boxset Trailer "Destination: Dalek" by Pete McTighe! Sometime in June of this year, myself and several others were asked by @suttons_workshop to assist in making various props for the upcoming S21 boxset trailer, one of which being the Trion Data Beacon. My job was to assist in the design process and 3D modelling, which I accomplished using Fusion 360. Once I had completed the model for the "Clean" version, it was then handed over to Kasim (@sybernettik ) for digital aging and weathering in Blender. Here is my exclusive factoid about the prop! There was originally intended to be a removable panel on the back of the device into which a Misos Necklace could be inserted (which can be seen in the second slide), which would have activated the device. However, sadly it was dropped in the later stages of development. A lot of very talented people worked on this prop! Had the wonderful privilege of having my K9 attend Tom Baker's MBE award ceremony this week! While I was unfortunately not there in person, I'm very glad and grateful K9 got to meet his original master! Big thanks to @littlelongleat for getting K9 involved and facilitating his transport to the event. And of course thanks to @who.collector for his help building K9 and assisting MBH keeping K9 safe on his trip away from home! Massive congrats naturally to the main man Tom Baker on his MBE! Well deserved and long overdue! Hopefully he'll get his knighthood soon for his lifetime service to television and British culture in general! Very happy to add this latest addition to the Sarah Jane Adventures prop collection! A screen used or production made Graske head! It is not screen-matched, unfortunately, which leads me to think it was either production-made or may have been repainted or touched up by the previous owner. This recently went up for sale on Heritage Auctions after the unfortunate closing of The Time Machine Museum. It was on display there for over a decade, where they claimed it was last used by the BBC in July of 2008. Plans are to create a proper internal structure to support the head, as the previous solution of wadded-up paper balls was not ideal, which has caused the head to lose its shape over the years. I removed these and used the glass support seen in the images as a temporary mount. (If anyone has a lifecast of Jimmy Vee please let me know!) The head is in wonderful condition, given its age, with very little loss of paint or foam-latex. The Jaw is in need of external support since it's only being supported by too thin strips of foam-latex, which I don't trust to hold up over time. And finally, thank you to @sutton_who for facilitating the acquisition of this item, as the auction house where it was sold only allowed Americans to bid. Luckily, James had an American contact who very kindly bid on my behalf.

What a great pleasure it was to bring K9 down to @bigfinishprod last year to have him interact with the cast and crew of the newly announced audio boxset, 'Smith & Sullivan: Reunited', during recording! It was amazing to meet everyone there! It's been a lifelong dream to meet John Leeson, and I'm very glad to have achieved it! Big thanks to @sutton_who who orchastrated mine and K9s apperance there and of course to @matthew__woodhouse , who I co-built K9 with and also assisted on the day!
