As we close this auspicious month of MahaLakshmi, We invite you to remember the abundance and love inherently circulating within your field. Your prosperity, health, wealth and harmonious relations are your birthright and gifts to share. As we have walked through many portals, all that is unnecessary comes to the surface so it may be purified as we return to our Divine essence. So delighted to share this beautiful video capturing the essence of performing Tripura as Sonic Devas. Last summer we had a sweet opportunity to tour our album Soul Songs and found ourselves in the magic of Ojai inspired to capture the moment beyond the stage. Tripura is a dedication to the Mother Goddess Sri Lalita Tripura Sundari who is one of the MahaVidyas and the presiding entity of the Sri Vidya. She dwells at the center or Heart of the Sri Chakra, the great wheel synonymous with our temple Body. So it is into our heart we invoke the Divine Feminine, the Cosmic Matriarch and source of all creation. So grateful to @sonic_devas for co-creating this song with me as a rememberance of my angel mother, AnnaPurna, who guided me towards the love and affection of Lalita Devi. A big thank you to my river goddess sisters Lynda Arnold, Phyllis Douglass, Luna Achiary, Lucia Lilikoi and Helane Marie Anderson. Opening The Voice with vocal meditation practices. One of the most powerful ways to shift energy and tune inward, maximizing the power and awareness of your own vibration. Combining similar approaches from @divasonic Devotional Voice and @priyadeepikamusic Yoga of the Voice programs from our shared lineage of teachings with @silvianakkach . We share the journey of voice as a carrier of consciousness with this amazing group. We are so grateful to @ourbutterflymountain for hosting so many beautiful workshops and performances at the @created.by.sound event. The Mongolian yurt is one of our favorite spaces on the property, holding sacred energy beyond time and space. It’s located in the middle of the woods and you can hear the birds singing outside. Oh the places you’ll go… When I was a kid I always knew I wanted to be on stages. Thank goodness I didn’t let go of my dreams when I had multiple teachers say I wasn’t good enough 😤. A big part of my journey has been letting go of their projections that lead to my perfectionism and self criticism….and now I actually am able to be delighted and whimsical with my art and in the world. Go on a little journey through the magical medicine melody of Ahhscape.
