Photos captured by the great @terryb_visuals . I appreciate you telling the story your way. I am deeply moved by the people who choose to show up for themselves. I have learned how challenging it is for most people to sit with themselves without distractions or numbing. Just being present with your thoughts, sensations, and truth takes real courage. These somatic breathwork sessions have been some of the most intense work I have ever done. It is like EMDR but without the talking. Instead of only revisiting memories mentally, your body processes them in real time. The breath moves what talk therapy sometimes cannot reach. Trauma is not just remembered. It is released. @Somaticrelease really teaches you how to human one on one. How to regulate. How to feel. How to stay present when things get uncomfortable. Thank you to The Deeper Experience @sun.n.snaps for putting on another powerful wellness event and having me as a practitioner. It is an honor to hold space for people willing to meet themselves. Grateful to God for the breath that brings us back to life.

Grateful beyond words to have held space for an incredible group of clinicians today. In the middle of guiding I found myself in a moment of deep vulnerability and they held space for me too. The pressure I had been carrying needed to be released. Seeing hurt and understanding it is such a sensitive process and today reminded me of that truth. One of the most powerful tools I’ve learned through Somatic Release soma+iq @somaticrelease is attunement, meeting people exactly where they are. Today I realized attunement is not only something we give but something we must also allow ourselves to receive. Thank you to Minding the Gap @minding_thegap for continuing to blaze the trail and making sure first responders receive the mental health services they deserve. #somaticpanda #healingjourney #somaticbreathwork #nervoussystemreset #breathwork #suicideawarenessmonth #mentalawareness #mentalhealthmatters #menmentalhealth

What started as “just breathing” turned into something deeper. This is what somatic breathwork does, it helps the body speak the truth that the mind has learned to silence. I’m answering everything from what Somatic Breathwork is, what to expect during the experience, who it’s for, and how this work can help release stress, tension, and emotional weight stored in the body. Just a quick brief of some of the questions sent in. Also yes… the allergies were winning during this video 😂🤧 so excuse the stuffy voice. Still showing up regardless. Looking forward to breathing, healing, and resetting together 🫶🏽 Screenshot link: https://bit.ly/4d25952 #SomaticBreathwork #somaticPanda #nervoussystemregulation #miamibeach #healingjourney

Holding space in breathwork isn’t just about guiding the breath. It’s about protecting the environment where transformation can unfold naturally. A safe container allows people to show up fully without fear, without pressure, and without the need to perform. It’s built through presence, intention, and trust in each person’s process. I had an amazing conversation with a beautiful human after a somatic journey yesterday. She shared that she was waiting for continuous guidance with her breath, but that never came. Instead, her body took over and led her through exactly what she needed. That’s the power of a well held container. When the space is safe, the body doesn’t need to be told what to do. It already knows. Our role is not to control the process, but to honor it and keep the space secure enough for it to unfold. Real healing begins when people feel safe enough to let go and trust what’s happening within. #somticbreathwork #somaticpanda #nervoussystemreset #healingjourney #traumahealing

There’s something powerful about connecting with other warrior PATHH brothers/sisters… it hits different. Grateful for moments like these where strength, growth, and real brotherhood come together. Happy Palm Sunday ☀️ May your day be filled with peace, reflection, and the presence of God as we honor the King who came in humility and love. There’s something sacred about simply holding space, not fixing, not rushing, not trying to have all the answers… just being present. Holding space for people from all over the world, each carrying their own unique stories and breakthroughs, it’s truly a blessing. #somaticpanda #somaticbreathwork #nervoussystemhealing #mentalhealth #miamibeach

Not every breakthrough looks like a big emotional release. Today I held space for a powerful woman who helps keep an entire organization running smoothly. In her somatic breathwork session, there were no dramatic waves, no explosive energy shifts… just something deeper. She dropped into a state of simply being. No pressure, no performance, no constant doing. Just peace. In a world that constantly demands more from us, that kind of stillness is healing in its own way. It’s a reminder that your nervous system doesn’t always need to purge. Sometimes it just needs permission to rest and exist. This work is for everyone, no matter how you show up. #SomaticBreathwork #somaticpanda #InnerPeace #HealingJourney #MindBodyConnection

Had a dope somatic breathwork session with rapper Brandino and it was real to witness. After the session, he shared how much lighter he felt mentally and physically. That shift, that clarity… it’s something you can’t fake. It doesn’t matter who you are or what path you walk in life. We all carry stress. We all go through things. And we all deserve a space to release, reset, and reconnect with ourselves. Somatic breathwork isn’t just for one type of person. It’s for everybody. #BreathworkHealing #SomaticHealing #MentalHealthAwareness #SomaticBreathwork #somaticpanda

There’s something powerful about being in a room with good men who truly understand the weight of the badge. No explanations needed. No pretending. Just real ones who’ve seen it, felt it, and carried it. These somatic breathwork sessions hit different when it’s brothers in blue. The walls come down. The armor softens. And for a moment, we’re not just officers… we’re human beings allowing ourselves to release, to process, and to heal. We carry a lot in this line of work. Things most people will never see or understand. But in that space, with breath and intention, we give ourselves permission to let it move through us instead of holding it all in. Grateful for the trust. Grateful for the brotherhood. Grateful for the opportunity to create a space where we can show up fully and do the real work. God be the glory.
