This day will live rent free in my head for the all time ✨ The forecast called for rain all week. C + G agreed to roll the dice and go no tent for dinner because this was the plan all along. Needless to say, tarps were purchased, alternative plans were made in case we needed to cover everything last minute, and the stress checking of the radar commenced. But the weather gods played nice that day and gave us Carolina blue skies and the most beautiful sunlight. Thankful is an understatement! The couple, their family, their friends - absolute treasures, each and every one of them. From the @daniellefrankelbride gown, to the topiaries on down the dinner tables, the bamboo accents to the most perfect glass (and specifically sourced) cut glass jasmine hurricanes from @thebegoniaclub - I couldn’t have dreamt of anything better! The wedding day can feel like a blur with a thousand little moments stitched together so quickly you barely realize they’re happening. The quiet hand squeezes before walking down the aisle. The deep breath before the doors open. The way your parents look at you when they think no one is watching. The laughter in between portraits. The few seconds alone together after saying “I do.” These are the in-between moments. The ones that can pass in the blink of an eye, but somehow become the memories you hold onto forever.
