Last month, we pulled back the curtain for our friends at +ilea_clt to show exactly how the magic happens behind the scenes. From the precision of our linen department to the massive scale of our tenting operations, it takes a lot of moving parts to ensure every guest experience is flawless. We loved hosting the industry and sharing a look at what makes our inventory shine.

🍽️ Dish Duty on Steroids: Our industrial dishwasher can handle 2,000 plates in just one hour. The real work is in the professional bagging and wrapping!
🛠️ Custom Builds: Our in-house fabrication team doesn't just repair items—they build and custom-paint inventory (like our Montgomery Bars!)

A South Carolina native through and through, Ben has joined Party Reflections with a clear mission: ensuring our clients have a grand time on their most important days. His professional journey is as impressive as it is varied. After earning a degree in Economics & Finance from USC, Ben spent time as a supervisor at a cotton mill before transitioning into international sales, where he developed sharp business acumen across several continents.
Most recently, Ben utilized his entrepreneurial spirit to launch and eventually sell a successful commercial facility management firm in the Midlands. He quickly realized that "retirement is for quitters" and felt a pull toward the energy of the events industry. Today, he brings that wealth of experience and "moxie" to our team to help drive our legacy of excellence forward.
Outside of work, Ben is a true outdoorsman who loves hunting, fishing, and hiking with his four sons. He also happens to be a former Jeopardy! contestant—so if you run into him, feel free to test his trivia knowledge!
