Tonight: premiere of Anatomy of Words! With the piece, @venetsiana.k explores how language becomes movement — step, push, pull, turn, hop, fall. Created together with dancers of the Dance Well Klub, it reflects on how we perceive through dance, while sound takes on a descriptive role of what unfolds on stage. Gemeinsam mit Tänzer*innen des Dance Well Klub — einem Tanzklub für Menschen mit und ohne Parkinson — entsteht ein Stück über das Sehen und Hören durch Tanz. In einem vielstimmigen Bewusstseinsstrom erzählt der Roman von der lebenslangen Freundschaft sechs sehr verschiedener Menschen, von intensiven Begegnungen, von Kindheit, Altern und vom Tod. Das Musiktheater-Kollektiv [in]operabilities taucht @bevanbebber ein in Woolfs Sprachfluss und umkreist eine zentrale Szene des Romans: Ein Wiedersehen der Freund*innen in einem Londoner Lokal. Mit Verspieltheit und Melancholie verwandelt das interdisziplinäre Ensemble »Die Wellen« in ein vielsinnliches Musiktheater aus Worten und Gebärden, Klang, Vibrationen, Berührungen und Licht. Es geht um die Kostbarkeit von Momenten, von jedem Moment. Es geht darum, dass jede Begegnung unendliche Möglichkeiten birgt. Und darum, dass alles verschwindet.
