When she reached out about a rebrand and new headshots for Pannuto Events, I was immediately in. Not to mention, honored she asked me to do them! Some days just stay with you. I walked into The Morrow Hotel, met her stepping off the elevator, and immediately thought… Elle Woods, but make it real life. Hot coral pink woven through everything. Kati…..bright, quick witted, but what got me was her energy. Pure sister energy. The kind of person who never stops smiling, who makes everyone feel like they’ve known her forever. Effortless, a little silly, fully herself. The morning was slow and easy with her people, the kind you wish you could bottle. Then Congressional Cemetery with cherry blossoms overhead and history all around us. It felt quiet in the best way, like the world softened for a second. And by the time we got to Maketto… I was done for. These two didn’t need anything from me. Every turn, every frame, just laughter, movement, the kind of love that shows up naturally and doesn’t ask for permission. I kept stepping back thinking… this is why I’ll never get over this job.
