Being at the BMA open house this week had us looking back at this one immediately. ✨ Laura and Chris's wedding at the Baltimore Museum of Art is one that still comes up in conversation, and it starts with the dress. A floral cobalt blue gown with colorful accents that was so distinctly her that the entire design direction followed its lead. The bouquet, the stationery, the tablescape, the sweetheart table backdrop — all of design elements were built around what she was already bringing into the room. When a bride walks in wearing something that confident, your job as a designer is to listen to it. And we loved every second of that process.
