Attendees will examine how the Just program provides a framework for accountability and continuous improvement, and gain practical insights for applying these principles.
WHEN: 10:30AM-12PM PT April 15 2026
WHERE: Seattle, WA (Details and registration at livingfutureconference.org)
The @lamberthouse renovation project includes not only a basement lift to add additional creative spaces, but a remodel of the kitchen and dining room to accommodate communal meals and activities đ˝ď¸
An open concept kitchen will enable flow between cooking, serving, and eating â reducing spatial frictions and increasing natural light for mealtime traditions at the Lambert House.
Weâre excited to see this axon come to life, thanks to the work of @metis_construction ! đ ď¸

Up on the rooftop at Phinney Nest, the WaterDrop has landed! đŹ
This prefabricated plumbing distribution assembly reduces material waste, shortens installation time, and improves long term water and energy efficiency through flow management. Itâs an innovative system that streamlines construction and lowers impact, and, in Gladysâs words, a âkick ass coolâ one too. đ

In an architecture practice, who do we serve, who benefits, and why are the collective long term values for our community and planet? These are not easy questions to answer. Letâs spend a little time exploring what building an Ecosystem of Care means by looking at some recent affordable community building projects, grant work for capacity and healthy materials, and in house initiatives for our environment and people!

Weâre excited to be joined by Felipe, our new architectural intern, for the next few months!
Felipe (he/him) is a first generation Latino graduate student at @uw_architecture , who is joining us through the @hdc_seakc Housing Development Internship Program (HDIP). The HDIP provides a launch pad for students of color seeking careers in affordable housing development, equipping them with important skills, experiences, and networks. Weâre proud to support this initiative by being a host firm and looking forward to working alongside Felipe.

2026 began with the White Center HUBâs grand opening, a celebration of years of hard work, perseverance, and commitment to community đâ¤ď¸
We are thrilled to see the completion of WCHUBâs community center and Canopy Apartments, and so honored to be part of its story. Itâs been a joy to work alongside the amazing advocates and groups who have worked to make this project happen. Thank you to @whitecenter_cda@communityrootshousing@feestseattle@southwest_youth_and_family@yesofwc@healthpoint_chc for letting us be side by side with you, as we build a more socially responsible and sustainable environment together.

Sometimes we eat lunch in our kitchen, sometimes we hand roll fresh pasta đ
A few of our team members had some fun with our pasta machines and made fresh linguine in our office kitchenâŚconsider us architects by trade, but nonnas at heart â¤ď¸

Weâre excited to share renderings from the Little Saigon Landmark Project - a cultural, community, and commercial center set to break ground this summer! âď¸
Â
The Landmark will be the testament to years of hard work and advocacy by local Vietnamese and greater Seattle CID communities. We are honored to work with @flsseattle and @scidpda on this incredibly meaningful project, and excited to see itâs completion as not only a collection of eateries, event spaces, and resource hubs, but an anchor for the Little Saigon neighborhood.
Â
Shown above are the ground floor views of the commercial kitchen, seating stair, community hall, and cafe areas of the project.
Â
Stay tuned for more on the Little Saigon Landmark Project and its construction later this year! đ§
