A huge, joy-filled art installation created by internationally renowned artist Bruce Munro to celebrate Dorothy House’s 50th birthday 🎈
It’ll be taking over the gardens at Dorothy House in Winsley for three whole months from 1st October! And you can come and see it for yourself! Tickets are free (with a suggested donation) and absolutely worth booking. I’ll pop the link in my Stories ✨
Donations will help to support Dorothy House's incredible work. In the last 50 years they've given specialist care to 75,000 people in the last 1000 days of their lives 🤍 Not just in Winsley, but in people's homes too, all over the area. While I was at this event, specialist nurses were in 900 homes delivering medical care & love 😇🪽

We walked a hawk 😭🦅✨
Such a special gifted experience with @thebirdofpreyproject just outside Bath 💓 Wandering through the beautiful Newton St Loe countryside while a gorgeous harris hawk (we had Percy!) flew to and from our gloves, and sometimes onto our heads 😂 was absolutely lush!!
The team are so knowledgeable and clearly care so much about the birds, which makes the whole thing feel really ethical and personal. You learn loads about the birds behaviour, personalities (they have BIG ones) and conservation too.
Hawk walks are £67 for the first participant (and less for each subsequent person) and include entry to the rest of the site (so many cute owls 🦉) and a flying display!
10/10 would befriend a hawk again 🫶🦅
