COMING SOON it’s been hard keeping this a secret + we are SO excited to finally be sharing this with you all — 6 years after first talking about it, over a year since we started looking for premises, 9 longgggg months waiting to get the keys…. but as they say, good things come to those who wait… introducing MORSO — a bakery, deli, cafe — somewhere you’ll find fresh bakes, sandwiches, salads, speciality coffee + more, in our stunning new home on Saville Row we can’t wait to be sharing our food once again. and although we’ve dropped the ‘vegan’ from our name, everything will of course still be 100% vegan, always. but it’s 2026, it’s no big deal right!? good food is good food we’ve got a fair bit of work to do before we can open the doors but we’ll be bringing you along with us, sharing updates as we go it feels so good to be back! a summer of good food 🌻☀️ 1] croissant offcuts with chocolate + caramel 2] delicious greek meal cooked by @lydia_downey 3+4] @holycarrotrestaurant 5] creamy, spicy, caramelised onion spaghetti 6] one of many many salady dinners 7 + 8] courgette + pea quiche🫛 9] pasta from the new @grano_kitchen in @stnicksmarket 10] one of many @ooni.uk pizzas 11] the best present aka @tofuveganlondon noodles brought all the way to Bath 12] devilled egg mayo sandwich in homemade brioche 13] bbq 14] falafel 🧆 15] @pizzaislovely @renatosbristol 16] padrons + potato tortilla 17] @anotherplantbasedboy incredible ramen 18] sourdough sandwich ft. buddy 19] quinoa salad with shawarma leftover from @theharpandcrownpub 20] tomato gyoza salad, again - our go to dish of the summer 🥟

VEGAN IN SICILY 🇮🇹 pt 2 — some home cooked food — trying our best in our under-equipped airbnb [2 - 6], still managed to make fresh pesto + fresh pasta 🍝 shout out to lidl + the insane vegan range they had [7] including — courgette + spinach tortellini with a ragu sauce [8], “croissants” [9] + tiramisu pots that were v impressive [10] — a fully vegan restaurant! — we were surprised to find this place + it was great to see it so busy (even on a tuesday, not only were we not able to sit outside, but we had to share a table inside - hence, not the best pics) [11] cheeseboard was v good, carbonara was nice [12], shared a lil cannoli for dessert [13] but Matts “burger” [14] was… interesting (and not in a good way 🙃) overall, we had a delicious week in the most stunning place 🥰

VEGAN IN SICILY 🇮🇹 pt 1 easy to do? absolutely. and mostly delicious too. — arancini — [2+3] great (artichoke filling) | [4] good (aubergine filling) | [5] truly awful (couldn’t even tell you what it was meant to be!? 🫣) — pizza — [6] stunning | [7]simple but the best dough | [8] one for truffle lovers only cause it was stronggg | [9] a bit strange!? (red onion purée as the sauce 🤷‍♀️) — scaccia ragusana [folded pizza dough] — [10] absolutely delicious. sad we only got to try one — panino panelle [chickpea fritters in a bun] — [11-13] traditional, delicious, kinda like a chip butty, 13 was something else, definitely a highlight 🤤 — granita + gelato — lots of it + urgh, all SO good [14 - 19] part 2 coming soon

🍅 TOMATO GYOZA SALAD 🥟 made gyoza with a sun-dried tomato + tofu filling — picked tomatoes from the garden — made a dressing with chilli oil — topped with basil, crispy onions + feta cheese a variation of a @nytcooking recipe devoured it 👌

went to Lisbon + inadvertently ate a lot of beige 1] @vegannata.pt 2-3-4] @honestgreens 5] @kongveganfood 6-7] @natelier.pt 8] @a.minha.avo.restaurante 9-10] @26veganfoodproject last time i was in Portugal was in 2011 — i was vegetarian and had to live off mostly cereal + crisps — it might still be beige but gosh, how times have changed! 😅
